Each day the students will progress in accent reduction, grammar, and call handling. This class will reduce their local accents, will teach them western cultures and industry vocabulary that are being used in a call center/BPO industry.

Hotel and Hospitality course is a comprehensive training program focusing on communication concepts and vocabulary of importance in the hotel and tourism industries. The course provides students the opportunity to learn hospitality English & knowledge involved in food service, tourism and hotels. These functions include how to make a polite request, how to make a suggestion, express a disagreement, make an offer and refusal. Units are designed around the specific job functions. Some topics include instructional strategies in improving pronunciation, accent reduction & fluency. Also, included is a special interactive study in presenting numerical information & expressions.
